Feminine Medicine offers a living, embodied practice devoted to restoring our natural alignment between body, breath, soul, and the greater cosmos through the cyclical wisdom of the Moon. Rooted in ancient Feminine traditions and shaped for modern lives, this practice invites us to return to the body as a place of intelligence, regulation, and deep inner knowing.
A Daily practice that is designed to take 5–25 minutes, depending on whether you choose to read, listen to audio meditation and/or journal your reflections on the Lunar & Astrological themes of the day.

As an Integrative Doctor in Women’s Health & Spiritual Healer for over 30 years , devoted to the reclamation of the living Feminine lineage, I have created this as a daily tool to support women in stepping into their power, on all levels.
The Lineage of Feminine Medicine
The Feminine Medicine Lineage is a ‘remembered’ lineage that lives within all of us. It is the lineage of our Ancient Ancestral Mothers; the Medicine Women, the Healers, the Seers, the Wise Women, the Shamans, that lived in the Mother Cultures of Neolithic times- pre-patriarchy.
As we find ourselves at the cross roads of these turbulent times, there is a death and a rebirth happening, a death of the old fear- based patriarchal paradigm, and the new paradigm of Feminine Sovereignty. Many of us feel the new paradigm of the Feminine– rooted in the Great Mother, arising… yet we may struggle with defining it, or even understanding the full potential of what the Feminine means.
Within Feminine Medicine, you will find five pathways that help us to ‘remember’ and embody the medicine that lives in our bones, as we simultaneously dissolve the internalized patriarchal imprints that we have inherited, along with the suffering and pain it has caused us. These embodied practices give form and function to the Feminine essence and the forgotten cosmology of the Great Mother culture.

Five Pathways of Feminine Medicine Woman Lineage
Feminine soul Alchemy
Our Ancient Ancestral Mothers from pre-patriarchal times were the Medicine Women, the Healers, the Oracles, and the Seers—and they live within us, as us. We are the Medicine Women needed at this time. As we enter into the dance with this primordial current of the Feminine, we alchemize the soul and awaken the inherent codes held within our seven gateways. These Feminine Soul codes reveal the alchemical journey of this living lineage through the sacred gateways of Belonging, Becoming, Sovereignty, Communion, Integrity, Mystery, and Soul Remembrance.
Voice Medicine
The voice is a bridge between body, soul, and spirit—an ancient instrument of healing, remembrance, and transformation. Through sound, vibration, breath, sacred drumming, and rhythm, we awaken the frequencies that restore coherence, truth, and the forgotten language of the living Feminine lineage within your body. Women were the first drummers—keepers of the primordial heartbeat—using rhythm, voice, and the Earth drum as portals into trance, communion, healing, and sacred remembrance.

The womb is the first portal, holding the primordial gnosis rooted in the Mother Herself. Working with the womb awakens the blood mysteries held within the feminine body as we move through the cycles of maiden, mother, and crone, restoring our embodied authority for the generations to come. Womb Wisdom also carries the mystical and energetic teachings of the Trinity Wombs—the Head Womb, Heart Womb, and Sacral Womb. This is the entry into pure essence, embodied gnosis, and the primordial field from which all potential emerges.
Lunar Medicine
Wisdom traditions recognized women’s relationship to the moon because She is our feminine celestial counterpart. Working with this sacred bond synchronizes us to our natural energetic rhythms. The cycles of birth and death are made visible through the moon, providing the cosmic mirror for our own descent and ascent. Lunar wisdom teaches us that life is not linear, but cyclical—that there are sacred times for creation, expansion, rest, release, grief, intuition, and rebirth. As we return to these rhythms, we restore coherence between body, soul, and nature, remembering how to live in deeper harmony with the unseen intelligence that moves through all life.
Shamanic Wisdom
Women were the first shamans, and this ancient knowing still lives within our bones. Shamanic medicine is the practice of entering conscious relationship with the spirit world—listening to the land, the ancestors, and the many other-than-human presences that surround us. In the Feminine Medicine lineage we are guided directly by our Ancient Ancestral Mothers, our own blood and bones, here to help us now at this time of Great Transition. Through ritual, remembrance, and sacred communion, we restore our place within the living web of creation.
